The smart bulb didn't work and couldn't be turned on when it was first installed and used after purchase.
1.Screw into socket, check if it is in a blinking state. If not, toggle the switch on off 5 times, blinking
2.Turn on phone's Bluetooth and connect to a 2.4G network.
3.Open the Tuya Smart Life App and follow the on-screen instructions to connect.

Bulbs doesn't work during use after connecting to the App.
Move the bulb to a location closer to the network and re-pair it to check if it works properly. In principle, the bulb cannot be controlled via the mobile App when the network signal is poor.

Smart Bulb can't connect to app
It requires a 2.4G network connection. If you are using a router with combined dual-band (2.4G and 5G) and cannot find the 2.4G network, you need to log in to the router's management backend, disable the "dual-band merging" function.
