There is no SD card?

The SD card is not included in the package, please buy a micro SD card(also called TF card, size 11*15*1mm, 128G MAX) separately to work with the light bulb camera

What can I do if WiFi connection fails ?

1. The bulb camera supports 2.4GHz & 5GHz dual band, switch to a different WiFi signal for a try

2. Reboot & reset the camera bulb to try again

3. Make sure WiFi user name and password are correct and does not contain complex emoji/symbols

Do I need to pay monthly fee to use the camera ?

No! Our lightbulb camera does not require a monthly fee unless you need to use cloud storage. If you do not use cloud service and use SD card instead, you do not need to pay any fee for the light bulb security camera

Can I get APP alerts without cloud subscription ?

Yes you can. The motion/human detection and auto tracking feature is free, you only need to set it up in the APP, it does not require any subscription

Can I use this camera with a SD card for recording?

Yes, absolutely. The camera supports both SD card and cloud storage. Cloud is optional, not mandatory. You can use a micro SD card for recording if you do not want to subscribe cloud service
